My first ever professional fashion shoot for Secret Eden Magazine was with a grand team of models and one other professional photographer James Westlake at Richmond Park in London. One of the most inspirational parks that I have had the pleasure of working within upon many times throughout the years doing my photography.

We first started by doing makeup within the local coffee shop right next door to the Richmond train station, whereby it seemed that we got in the way multiple times. Costumes, Makeup, Coffee cups and plates were everywhere while we were getting set up and I did notice many head were turned to see what was happening throughout our stay there. However I caught one individual looking us up on his laptop and scrolling through our past images which was a great start to the day. Later we spoke about what we do as a team to which he put is in touch with his friend who designs shoes. Extremely random but always helpful to get more exposure.

Traveling toward Richmond from the coffee shop was a little bit of a trek, getting on buses and walking a fair distance to enter the park. One of the models Sarie had been suffering heavily with a cold virus that week and due to her finding the courage to state how unwell she was right at the start to the shoot I shot with her first. Her face is strikingly beautiful, she does not need much in the way of makeup for her look she is a natural beauty. No direction was given to Sarie, she is an extremely experienced model and really understands her poses.

Later on in the day I went to shoot out within the vast field space with model Nina Moon who I completely feel in love with from the moment that i started to work with her. All of her poses, expressions lended so well for this particular shoot. She nailed every single shot that i asked of her which was extremely impressive.

Once all of my time was up with the wonderful Nina, I walked over to Olivia who seemed to feel as though she was no longer needed on this shoot. James had already worked with her for a long period of time and had already got all that he needed/wanted. I then realized for a long while she had no one to work with. I ended up asking if she may be interested to shoot with me for a short time. Thankfully she did agree. I felt bad leaving her to her own devices for so long but on shoots with many models it is hard to keep structure on it all when you are working.

Taking Olivia over to the trees I got some incredible images with this truly inspirational model from beginning to end of our set.

My last model of the day was the lovely Valentina. Honestly loved working alongside this gem of a model, she has so much attitude to her look and takes her approach to modeling to the next step with so much drive and amibition to succeed.
